The patient portal is your home for all your health information.

You can log in at any time and track your medications, supplements and wellness plans. You can complete online medical forms, send secure messages to Dr. Weiss and print notes, invoices and plans. You can request refills on supplements or medications, pay bills and schedule appointments.

It’s terribly helpful if you can keep your medical information updated for your work with Dr. Weiss. For those of you that are returning after a year away or are new patients, expect to spend some time getting your records up to date. Once you’ve completed the extensive forms, updated your medications and allergies and documented your COVID vaccination status, it will be quick and easy to add new information as it develops.
